Deposit and payment
Deposit to be paid at the time of booking:
20% of the total invoice amount,
non refundable.
Final balance to be paid 15 days before arrival.
You will receive a reminder email or text message.

Cancellation conditions
15 days or more before arrival :
20% discount for telephone bookings.
24% for bookings made online (4% administrative fees).
15 days or less before arrival :
No refunds for telephone reservations.
For online bookings, the security deposit less a 4% administrative fee will be refunded ($240).
Housekeeping policy
A $50 cleaning fee will be charged if the property is not cleaned upon your departure. The premises must be left in the same condition as upon your arrival.
